IDF says it arrested head of Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - GAZA CITY (CNN) -- A 16-year-old boy who is said to have been bird-hunting on a road used exclusively by Israeli vehicles was shot and killed Saturday by soldiers, according to Palestinian security sources.
