Sharon: Arafat Can't Leave West Bank

JERUSALEM (AP) - Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has told his Cabinet that if Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat leaves the West Bank, he will not allow him to return, an Israeli newspaper reported Monday.
