The army said Shadi Sukia, 20, was being sheltered in the Jenin offices of the Palestinian-backed peace group whose members often act as human shields, placing themselves between soldiers and Palestinians. The group said it did not know Sukia was wanted for planning a number of suicide bombings and shootings.
