In 1995, a number of  artists, culture enthusiasts from East Jerusalem decided to create a body to adopt the development and patronage of  performing arts in East Jerusalem, thus Yabous Productions was born.

Zajel Youth Exchange Program
The Palestine Information Unit of the Zajel Youth Exchange Program, based at the Public Relations Department of An-Najah National University, Nablus-Palestine, seeks to promote Palestinian culture, heritage, history and news.

Zaytoun
Zaytoun (Arabic for Olives) is a UK-based non-profit project to import olive oil from Palestinian farmers at fair trade prices. Zaytoun was established in early 2004 by four activists as a trade justice initiative with the aim of giving Palestinian farmers access to international markets.

Zaytoun is a uk based non-profit project to buy pesticide free fair trade extra virgin olive oil as an act of solidarity with Palestinian farmers. Olive oil is the backbone of the Palestinian agricultural economy. Since the start of the 2000 Intifada farmers have risked their lives in order to pick their olives.

Zochrot
The activities of Zochrot include: organizing tours to villages destroyed by Israeli forces in the Nakba and in 1967, led by Palestinian refugees, posting signs at the remains of the destroyed villages, teaching the history and geography of the Nakba and translating these materials into Hebrew, maintaining a Hebrew-language database of maps and other information about the Nakba, developing educational materials, organizing demonstrations, and participating in the activities of refugees organizations.
